Melanie M. Trent
Corporate Secretary
Ms. Trent became Vice President & Corporate Secretary in March 2010. Ms. Trent has served as Corporate Secretary since she joined the company in 2005, and also served as Compliance Officer (from 2005 to January 2007) and as Senior Aide to the CEO (from January 2007 to December 2008). Before joining the company in 2005, she spent five years at Reliant Energy, Incorporated, first as Senior Aide to the CEO and then as Vice President, Investor Relations. Ms. Trent holds a law degree.
